On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Business Development Manager, with knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical sector, .
  • Strategically develop and tactically execute a continuous pipeline of new business opportunities that will contribute to the long-term growth and profitability of the Company.
  • Successfully manage the generation, nurturing and tracking of qualified leads into the sales process and through to a winning conclusion.
  • Uncover compelling reasons why customers buy and deliver focused sales and marketing plans/campaigns that create a sense of urgency and shorten the sales cycle.
Requirements

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Business development in pharmacy.
  • Customer focused with exceptional customer service ethos
  • Credible, professional and emotionally intelligent
  • Strategically focused, with excellent commercial and analytical skills
  • Exceptional sales techniques \xe2\x80\x93 especially in consultative and value selling and with highly technical products and services
  • Ability to overcome barriers, manage objections and handle rejections
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills at various levels of a business
  • Ability to negotiate (contracts, T&C, etc.)
  • Ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns
