Description

Montt Walex is looking to hire Business Development Executive with minimum 1 to 2 years of proven UAE experience of sales and business development. You will be responsible to create and manage a successful sales and marketing strategy to generate new leads, present the services and negotiate the best deals with clients, and to follow the sales process until closing. Establishing a brand confidence with clients by creating and maintaining the highest level of professional service. The salary range will be your fixed pay with an uncapped sales incentive structure. Job Role: Generates, maintains, and monitors a robust sales pipeline for generation of new business by building sustainable relationships with potential clients and accurately reports the same to senior management Generates and qualify leads for new business through cold calling, client Visits, networking, and other marketing activities Contributes to sales team effort by leading and accomplishing related results as needed. Creates, coordinates, and sends proposals/ contracts and tender submissions Identifies key decision makers, leverages opportunities to promote and sell Schedule sales activity like business meetings, lead follow-ups and maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports Understanding customer specific business requirements and mapping to product & services to meet those needs. Prepare and deliver client presentations / demonstrations confidently to key decision makers Display efficiency in gathering market information in context to products and services to enable price negotiations, features, sales trends to more effective work process. Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements. Maximize profits by upselling and cross selling additional products Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience Collect, analyse, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation. Responsible for monthly sales targets Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of demonstrated UAE B2B sales and business development experience Education: A university degree preferably in marketing or business studies Certifications & Licenses: UAE Valid Driving License (Preferred) Skills: Excellent Communication, Negotiation, Presentation, Proposal Writing Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
