It facilitated the #4Humanity clinical trials, the world’s first Phase III trials for an inactivated vaccine against COVID-19. Beyond COVID-19, G42 Healthcare plans to conduct research and development on genomics, imaging and diagnostics, and digitisation programmes to support the health of future generations. This includes a collaboration to set up a wastewater monitoring lab in Abu Dhabi, as well as automating and optimising central testing laboratories in the UAE. Responsibilities:
Master customer acquisition / procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
Benchmark stakeholder’s management communicating G42 Healthcare value proposition
Familiarizing himself with all products and services offered by the G42 healthcare company.
Suggesting based on market insight upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Assist with executing on a business development strategy by establishing and cultivating collaboration opportunities
Partner with G42 leadership and marketing to ensure successful implementations, including proactively communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Work with G42 leadership to mediate terms, implement agreements, and manage the agreement development
Create financial models and potentially lead market analysis to substantiate critical aspects of the business model
Drive all business development activities, including strategic game plans, lead generation via aggressive client-base prospecting, opportunity qualification, needs assessments, deal management, competitive positioning, proposal preparation and delivery, and contract development.
Summarize the responsibilities and commitments to achieve partnerships
Provide an oversight of partnerships to ensure all stakeholders are fulfilling obligations towards partnership success
Use your understanding of the business strategy to cultivate and maintain existing relationships within our respective market.
Interact with legal on finalizing BD related contracts
Qualifications:
Degree in Business, science, molecular biology, medical technology or related degree desired
3- 5+ years’ proven success driving Business Development/Sales activities, in the Healthcare industry and/ or Laboratory operations
Broad knowledge in one or more of the following areas: diagnostics, market research and development.
Experience with both financial and legal aspects of deal negotiation and a track record of successfully closing transactions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to communicate with and influence senior management, executives, and key clients at all levels
Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
Result oriented with outstanding team spirit
Fluency in English and Arabic
