Job Overview:
Al Fares International Tents Construction & Metal LLC is looking for an energetic and motivated
Business Development Executive
to support the growth of our
Riyadh branch
. This role focuses on
lead generation, client coordination, market outreach, and sales support
, working closely with the Business Development Manager and technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the Saudi market.
Generate leads through site visits, cold calls, emails, and client networking.
Arrange meetings between clients and senior management.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Follow up with clients on submitted offers and inquiries.
Maintain and update client databases and CRM records.
Support tender submissions and documentation as required.
Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for technical inputs.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
2-4 years of experience
in business development, sales, or client coordination.
Experience in
construction, tents, events, or metal fabrication
is an advantage.
Familiarity with the
Saudi business environment
is preferred.
Basic understanding of quotations and commercial processes.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in client interaction and follow-ups
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
Organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent in
English
(Arabic is an advantage)
Other Requirements:
Valid Saudi driving license preferred
Willingness to travel within Riyadh and nearby regions
Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
