Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the transport and mobility sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, OEMs, operators, government bodies, and consultants
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring
Prepare and deliver technical-commercial presentations and proposals
Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and bid submissions
Technical & Engineering Support
Translate customer requirements into feasible technical solutions
Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to develop proposals
Review technical specifications, drawings, and compliance requirements
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
Strategy & Growth
Develop business growth strategies aligned with company objectives
Identify opportunities for new products, services, or partnerships
Support project handover from sales to execution teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering
(Master's preferred)
3-8 years of experience in
business development, sales engineering, or technical sales
Strong exposure to
transport systems
(automotive, rail, fleet management, public transport, logistics, or heavy vehicles)
Understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing, or transport infrastructure
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical and commercial acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand complex engineering solutions and explain them to non-technical clients
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM tools are a plus
Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
Experience with tenders, RFPs, and government projects
Knowledge of sustainability, EVs, smart mobility, or transport regulations
Prior experience working with OEMs, EPCs, or transport authorities
