Business Development Engineer – Mro
Job Description
Do you have a strong background in aircraft maintenance and a passion for business growth? We are looking for a results-oriented professional to join our team and lead business development initiatives in the aviation MRO sector.
What You'll Do:
Drive growth in MRO services across powerplant, airframe, and component segments
Build strong client relationships with airlines, private operators, and defense clients
Lead proposal development and close high-value maintenance contracts
Represent us at key aviation events and exhibitions across the GCC
What We're Looking For:
5+ years in aviation MRO business development
UAE Aircraft Maintenance License (preferred)
Solid technical knowledge of aircraft engines and powerplant systems
Strong network in the GCC aviation industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED9,000.00 per month
Experience:
MRO Sales : 5 years (Required)
GCC : 4 years (Required)
License/Certification:
* Aircraft Engineer License (Required)
