Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering
3-7 years of experience in construction business development, and tendering.
Strong understanding of building standards, codes, and construction practices.
Identify and pursue new construction opportunities.
Develop relationships with clients, developers, and consultants.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements.
Identify and evaluate tenders, RFQs, and design-build opportunities.
Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and planning teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Support value engineering, cost optimization, and alternative construction solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Follow up on proposals and negotiations to secure orders.
Prepare regular business development and sales pipeline reports.
