Job Description

The

Business Development Engineer must follow the direction of his / her immediate Supervisor and operates in accordance with the Company Policy.

Conduct routine technical product presentation/demonstration at lunch and learn sessions with channel partners and customers. Qualify and convert incoming leads into sales opportunities and close business. Drive the development of RFP/RFI responses, project proposals and submittals. Participate in tradeshows and other marketing initiative with focus to raise product awareness and increase sales. Build working knowledge of competing products and strategize to sell against them. Collaborate with technical support team to provide timely customer support. Responsible to update CRM tool information. Support channel partners with product training, application support, and technical clarifications to enhance sales effectiveness. Perform market analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer segments. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through regular follow-ups, networking, and cold outreach. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company standards. Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and case studies to support sales strategies. Manage and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships. Assist in the development and execution of strategic business plans aligned with corporate goals
