Job Summary
The Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, generating new business, building strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue within the real estate sector. The role involves market analysis, client acquisition, relationship management, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to expand the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and/or off-plan real estate markets
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, site visits, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, brokers, landlords, and corporate clients
Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, competitors, and investment opportunities
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business plans to prospective clients and partners
Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to close deals successfully
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of deals
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and transactions using CRM systems
Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the real estate industry
Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
