Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Business Development professional
to support the growth of Domus Flowers LLC. The role involves managing corporate accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships while working closely with sales and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
Conduct in-person visits and sales calls to existing and potential customers.
Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database.
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree
in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
Driving License
is a must.
Fluent in English
(Arabic is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience preferred, especially in flower wholesale, FMCG, or similar industries.
Knowledge of the UAE market is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to build strong relationships, drive sales, and develop new business opportunities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.
