The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base in the recruitment sector. You will leverage your networking skills, market insights, and industry knowledge to develop strategic relationships with clients and contribute to the overall success of our agency. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment sector - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients - Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends - Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met effectively - Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients - Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our services - Utilize CRM software for tracking leads, prospects, and sales activities



Requirements

Proven experience in business development, tele sales or Customer service - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships - Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
