Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Events Management & Strategy

Plan and execute high-impact events (corporate conferences, brand activations, startup showcases, webinars).

Mall Marketing:

Design and implement experiential marketing campaigns in UAE-based malls (e.g., pop-up activations, seasonal promotions, product launches). Manage relationships with event stakeholders--venues, vendors, mall management teams, and UAE partners. Represent the company at industry events to drive brand awareness and leads.

2. Business Development & Partnerships

Identify and close new opportunities in

events, mall marketing, and tech sectors

across the UAE/GCC. Own the full sales cycle (prospecting to deal closure) for clients in retail, F&B, and tech sectors. Develop partnerships with

malls, corporates, agencies, government entities, and startups

. Leverage UAE mall networks for sponsorship deals, kiosk rentals, and branded spaces.

3. Tech/Startup Expertise

Utilize startup/tech experience (e.g., scaling teams, product launches) to align solutions with client needs.

4. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead cross-functional teams (sales, events, mall marketing ops). Report KPIs on sales, mall activations, and event ROI to senior management. Mentor junior staff in client pitching and campaign execution.

Requirements:

5+ years UAE experience

in

events, mall marketing, or B2B sales

(driving license preferred).

Industry Background:

Mall/Retail Marketing:

Proven track record in UAE mall activations, leasing, or retail promotions.

Events & Exhibitions:

Corporate, experiential, or live events.

Tech/Startups:

Familiarity with pitching tech solutions or startup ecosystems.

Skills:

Fluent English (Arabic a plus); negotiation and relationship-building.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
