About White Lounge Cafe

White Lounge Cafe is a premium lifestyle cafe brand in Abu Dhabi, known for its specialty coffee, signature desserts, and creative comfort food. As part of our expansion across the UAE, we are seeking a Business Development & Cost Optimization Manager to drive strategic growth, improve profitability, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor sales, cost, and profit performance across outlets. Identify low-margin areas and propose improvement plans. Negotiate supplier pricing and contracts to ensure best value. Standardize purchasing and inventory management systems. Reduce food and labor costs while maintaining quality standards. Analyze menu performance and pricing by category and item. Collaborate with chefs and baristas to develop high-margin products. Conduct feasibility studies for new locations or concepts. Explore franchise, catering, and partnership opportunities. Implement internal systems for cost tracking and performance reporting. Support SOP development for scalable cafe operations. Deliver performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, cost control, or operations within F&B. Proven record in improving cost efficiency and profit margins. Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with UAE F&B market and supplier networks (preferred). Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
