Job Description

We are is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to support the continued growth of its brand and product portfolio. This role is integral to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a particular focus on the Asian beauty sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, assisting in brand onboarding processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute business expansion strategies across the UAE.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify new brand, product, and partnership opportunities aligned with brands growth strategy Assist in brand outreach, initial communication, and maintaining records of discussions with potential partners Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and internal reports. Assist in analyzing brand decks, product information, and competitive positioning to support brand evaluation and selection Maintain organized tracking of leads, outreach status, contracts, and brand-related documents Support BDM in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and following up on action points Prepare and update market intelligence reports including category trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights Handle administrative tasks related to business development, including data entry, file management, and reporting Act as a liaison between external brand partners and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of initiatives

Requirement?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 2 years in business development, marketing, or brand management Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Proficiency in Arabic or Korean is a plus Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite
