Business Development Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our growth initiatives. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales process from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and research potential clients, partnerships, and new markets Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media Schedule meetings and present product/service offerings to leads Maintain and update CRM tools with client interactions and progress Assist in developing proposals and sales pitches Build and maintain long-term client relationships Track industry trends and competitor activities Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve growth targets

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Nice to Have:



Prior experience in a startup or B2B sales environment Understanding of the industry the company operates in (e.g., tech, finance, SaaS)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED90,000.00 - AED150,000.00 per year
