Business Development Associate - Educational Training Institute Sales (Abu Dhabi)

Beat Educations is seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to drive sales conversion and revenue growth within our educational training programs in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically within education or training institutes, and possess strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on schools, universities, training centers, and other educational partners in Abu Dhabi.? Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets for student enrollments and corporate training programs.? Conduct market research to pinpoint prospective clients and stay updated on education sector trends.? Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.? Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.? Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support business growth.? Participate in community outreach, networking events, educational fairs, and exhibitions to promote Beat Educations' offerings.? Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress regularly to management.?

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.? Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in an educational training institute or similar sector in Abu Dhabi/UAE.? Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads into enrollments.? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.? Proficiency in CRM systems and outreach tools (LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce).? Established local network in the Abu Dhabi education sector is a strong plus.?
