Business Development Executive (Female Candidates Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key partners Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG sector Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and industry trends Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining long-term partnerships Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities using CRM tools Represent Source Key professionally in client meetings and industry events
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 1-5 years of experience in business development or sales (FMCG or trading experience preferred) Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Knowledge of the UAE/GCC market is an advantage
