Identify and approach landlords, tenants, brokers or property owners in Dubai who may benefit from professional property management services.
Generate and nurture your own leads and referrals through networking, cold calling, field visits, or personal connections.
Present and promote property management service packages to prospective clients effectively.
Negotiate terms and close deals with property owners.
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide regular updates and reporting on sales activities and pipeline.
Demonstrate flexibility in work approach, schedule, and field activities as required.
Convert marketing-generated leads into active clients and increase the conversion rate.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate or sales is an added advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, ability to take risk, confidence and able to work independently.
Candidates with a marketing background is an added advantage.
Fluency in English & Arabic (other languages is a plus).
