Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Present company products and services to clients in a clear and professional manner
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to achieve business goals
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Experience in the UAE market is a plus
