Key Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in Relationship Management, Sales, or Business Development.
Experience or understanding of Life and/or General Insurance, Investments, & Real Estate.
Excellent written & oral communication, presentation, and public relations skills in English. Dynamic, self-motivated, and passionate to excel with high commitment.
Ability to network, generate leads, and convert referrals into business.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Identify potential referral sources and develop relationships through personal & professional contacts.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong drive to earn incentives professionally and ethically.
Ability to handle HNI clients with high levels of customer service.
Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, internally and externally.
Candidates with an existing client book will be preferred.
Salary + Commission along with all other benefits as per UAE Labor Laws. Candidates on existing sponsorship of husband, father, brother, etc., are also preferred.
