We are expanding our presence in the GCC and are looking for a
dynamic, results-driven Business Development Specialist
to join our Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets for
Stimes ERP
and other software solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business trends, and partnership opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.
Prepare and deliver customized software presentations and product demos in coordination with the technical team.
Collaborate with the marketing and presales teams to create proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows (like
GITEX
), and industry networking events.
Maintain the CRM database and prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in
software sales / ERP sales / IT solutions
(preferably in the UAE).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
UAE driving license preferred.
