Business Development Associate- Facility Management

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate

must have solid knowledge and experience in facility/building maintenance services

such as AC repair, plumbing, electrical works, and cleaning. This role focuses on expanding our client base, generating new business opportunities, and driving consistent sales growth across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities in facility and building maintenance services. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events. Conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts. Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure service excellence. Provide regular sales reports and client feedback to management.

Candidate Requirements

2-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.

Mandatory knowledge and experience in facility/building maintenance services

(AC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, etc.). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Familiarity with the market preferred. Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
