Business Development Associate
to drive growth, expand our client base, and strengthen our market presence in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in UAE markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market and competitor research to develop business strategies.
Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Develop marketing strategies and promotional materials.
Attend networking and industry events to promote NASEC's services.
Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and business activities in the CRM system.
Support senior management in achieving company growth and revenue goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business development in the UAE.
Knowledge of UAE market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Friendly, motivated, and client-focused personality.
