Job Summary: Looking for a Business Development and Telesales Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Handle calls, emails as well as other social media platform and generate leads for financial services
  • Come up with and implement a winning business strategy that can contribute to business growth
  • Reach out to clients on a daily basis to obtain clients needing services
  • Keep up existing customer database through regular client interactions ensuring constant business growth
  • Create new client relationship and maintain existing ones
  • Ensure meeting the set monthly targets
  • Make sure clients have their expectations met and that deadlines are met
  • Search for new opportunities on a daily basis
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The suitable candidate must have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Sales or business related course
  • Should have more than 2 years of UAE sales related experience, a banking background is preferred
  • Must have excellent account management skills
  • Good influencing and communication skills
  • Ability to meet set targets
  • Should be fluent in English, ability to speak Hindi will be a great advantage
