The Business Development & Partnerships Manager will play a key role in expanding our reach through corporate, university, and community partnerships to drive new patient growth.
Job Summary
The Business Development & Partnerships Manager is responsible for generating new patient footfall by securing partnerships with corporates, universities, and community organisations, and by representing the clinic at events and wellness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage corporate, university & community partnerships
Conduct outreach to HR departments and institutions for tie-ups
Organise and attend events, wellness days, and activations to drive patient bookings
Coordinate with Operations & Marketing for approvals, materials, and execution
Track all leads, conversions, and new patient visits from partnerships
Submit weekly reports on activities and footfall achieved
Requirements
Prior experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and targets-driven
Professional appearance and comfortable with external meetings
UAE driving license preferred
Compensation Structure
AED 6,000 fixed salary
Commission based only on new patient footfall generated through partnerships and events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
