Our Media & Marketing Business Division help brands connect with audiences in meaningful and memorable ways -- and now we're growing.
We're looking for a high-performing Business Development & Account Executive to join our team and take our client portfolio to the next level.
What you will be doing? You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, pitching to potential clients, and managing those relationships end-to-end. From the first outreach to day-to-day execution, you'll be the driving force behind account success.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and target new business prospects across the UAE (especially in F&B, lifestyle, fashion, and B2B industries).
Develop and execute creative outreach plans via email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking.
Book and attend meetings to pitch our marketing services with confidence and clarity.
Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and bring clients on board.
Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities.
Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients.
Coordinate internally with creative, social media, and production teams to deliver on expectations.
Maintain smooth communication with clients on timelines, deliverables, and performance.
Follow up post-project to upsell or expand business opportunities.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum 4 years of business development or sales experience in a marketing or creative agency in the UAE.
Proven ability to win new clients and manage long-term relationships.
Strong knowledge of Dubai's market dynamics and key sectors.
Excellent English communication and pitching skills; Arabic is a plus.
Passion for digital media, content creation, influencer marketing, and creative campaigns.
Strong organization, follow-up, and execution skills.
Ability to attend in-person client meetings when required (driving license is a bonus).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Understanding and experience in the digital operations & Ads such as Google Ads, META Ads, etc.
