As we scale, we're looking for a

Business Developer

who's driven, well-connected, and passionate about building strong client relationships and unlocking new business opportunities.

The Business Developer will play a key role in expanding our client base across sectors including hospitality, F&B, education, fashion, and more. You will be responsible for identifying new leads, building strategic partnerships, pitching our services, and closing deals. This is a results-driven role with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients across the UAE (with a focus on Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Al Ain) Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads Develop tailored pitches and proposals based on client needs Present A3 Agency's services to decision-makers (marketing managers, business owners, etc.) Drive and manage the full sales cycle -- from initial contact to closing Attend meetings, events, and networking opportunities to generate leads Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery Provide market insights and contribute to growth strategies

Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition -- ideally in the marketing, media, or creative industry Strong network within the UAE market Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Fluent in English and Arabic Must be based in the UAE and available for in-person meetings
