Job Overview:
The Business Development Executive - Technology will focus on driving business growth for the company's technology division, which includes interactive solutions, mixed reality, AV systems, and immersive content. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting cutting-edge technology solutions to clients across sectors such as government, corporate, retail, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tech-driven events and experiences space
Promote the company's suite of technology offerings, including interactive installations, AR/VR, touch screens, LED walls, motion tracking, and AV integrations
Understand client needs and recommend tailored tech solutions to enhance their events or activations
Collaborate with technical and creative teams to propose innovative, feasible solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, venues, and government stakeholders
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and quotations in coordination with the project and operations team
Represent the company at technology expos, industry conferences, and client meetings
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies to position the company as an innovation leader
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in business development or sales within the technology, AV, or interactive content industry
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of AV, XR (AR/VR/MR), interactive installations, and digital event solutions
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex tech solutions in a simple, client-friendly manner
Sales Acumen:
Proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships
Proficiency:
Experience using CRM tools and basic knowledge of project cost estimations
Networking:
Ability to build and maintain a wide network of industry contacts and potential clients
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Sales revenue generated from technology-driven solutions
Number of new accounts and repeat business secured
Conversion rate from pitch to project
Client satisfaction and feedback
Contribution to expanding the company's tech portfolio visibility in the region
