Job Description

1. Market & Industry Research

Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting for leisure, entertainment, and tourism sectors across target regions. Gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to support feasibility studies and investment cases. Benchmark global projects, attractions, and concepts to inform business strategy and project proposals.
2. Financial & Feasibility Analysis

Assist in building and maintaining detailed financial models including CAPEX/OPEX forecasts, P&L statements, cash flow projections, and scenario analyses. Support the development of investment decks, business cases, and ROI assessments for various projects.
3. Proposal & Tender Support

Assist in preparing proposals, tenders, and technical submissions for major clients, including governments, developers, and private investors. Review and analyze incoming RFPs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements. Collaborate on the development of compelling presentations, reports, and visual materials (including Canva designs) for client pitches and submissions.
4. Vendor & Supplier Research

Research and shortlist vendors for diverse project requirements including attractions, technologies, and operations support. Gather pricing benchmarks, technical specifications, and delivery timelines for inclusion in feasibility studies and tender packages.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Liaise with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, design) to align research and analysis with broader business goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions, concept development, and project strategy meetings.
6. Documentation & Presentation

Create clear reports and visual summaries for senior management and clients, ensuring data accuracy and professional presentation.
