About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized

French-speaking Business Coordinator

to oversee and support our trading and e-commerce operations in the French market. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between our Dubai headquarters and partners, customers, and vendors in France, ensuring smooth operations, timely execution, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily trading and e-commerce operations related to the France market Manage order flow, logistics coordination, and inventory follow-ups Maintain strong communication with French clients, suppliers, and partners Monitor online listings, pricing, promotions, and product availability on various French marketplaces Ensure timely resolution of customer service issues and after-sales support Collaborate with marketing and product teams to localize campaigns for the French audience Prepare performance reports and assist in identifying opportunities for market growth Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax, and import/export requirements relevant to France Act as the primary point of contact for all operational matters in the French market

Requirements

Fluency in

French

(spoken and written) is a must; English proficiency required Proven experience in

e-commerce

and/or

trading operations

, preferably with exposure to the French market Strong organizational and coordination skills Familiarity with major French e-commerce platforms (e.g., Cdiscount, Fnac, Amazon.fr) is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
