What you will do : You will be responsible for assisting in financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities within the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing financial data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The individual in this position plays a crucial role in ensuring financial stability, compliance, and efficiency.

• Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Partnering closely with Stryker\xe2\x80\x99s Financial Shared Service Center.
• Providing updates on journal entries, monthly accruals, and adjustments to the Financial Shared Service Center.
• Supporting the group monthly closing process including quarter and year-end packages.
• Deliver and monitor all relevant and local reporting/filing requirements.
• Responsible for all accounts payable activities (providing invoices and booking instructions to the Financial Shared Service Center). Following up to ensure payments are done on time.
• Conducting general accounting analysis and ad hoc reporting as required by the Finance Manager.
• Conducting or assisting in ad hoc projects.
• Work with internal VAT team to finalize quarterly VAT filing in FTA portal.
• Support with CIT (Corporate Income TAX) preparation and filing
• Support any regular or ad-hoc internal and external audits of the company books, including the annual financial year end audits.

• Ensure Balance Sheet Integrity
• Ensuring the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Partner with the Financial Shared Service Center to maintain schedules and registers (fixed assets/depreciation, Employee related accruals, etc...)

• Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities
• Providing input and comments on monthly actuals vs. forecast variances
• Follow up on weekly sales forecast updates & report to changes to the Finance Manager
• Support in the preparation of the yearly sales budget & quarterly forecast updates
• Providing input for the yearly OPEX budget & quarterly updates

Is this you ?

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience working for a multinational organization (Pharma or Medical industry preferred).
• Experience in working with shared service centers is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software (ERP\xe2\x80\x99s) and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
