Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and explore new opportunities for legal service offerings in the market, with a focus on corporate law, labor law, and compliance services.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the firm's client base and expand its market presence.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their legal needs and provide tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Provide guidance on legal structures, corporate governance, and compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Legal Drafting & Advisory:
Draft, review, and negotiate
international contracts

articles of association
, partnership agreements, and other key legal documents.
Ensure compliance with
labor laws

company laws
, and other regulatory frameworks in Qatar
Collaborate with legal teams to provide strategic and operational advice to clients, addressing their legal and business needs.
Deal Closure:
Negotiate and close contracts for legal services across various domains, including corporate law, labor law, and commercial agreements.
Collaborate with legal teams to deliver comprehensive proposals and agreements that meet client expectations.
Market Insight:
Stay updated on legal, regulatory, and market trends in Qatar to anticipate client needs and align service offerings.
Provide feedback to management on market conditions, legal developments, and business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
Experience:
Proven track record in business development within a legal firm in Qatar.
Strong expertise in

Languages:
Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
