Business Setup Advisory
Guide clients on the end-to-end process of business setup, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
Advise on
jurisdiction selection, shareholding structure, tax implications, and compliance matters
.
Liaise with government authorities and free zone officials to process client applications.
3.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Prepare and present proposals, packages, and pricing to clients.
Maintain accurate records in
CRM (Zoho)
and ensure timely follow-ups.
4.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, free zone offers, and corporate law changes.
Collaborate with the operations, renewals, and PRO teams for smooth client onboarding.
Represent Black Swan in networking events, exhibitions, and corporate seminars.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in
business setup / company formation consultancy
in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland & Free Zone licensing structures.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (English + Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog) preferred.
KPIs (Performance Indicators)
Monthly sales target achievement (AED revenue / number of new clients).
Lead-to-client conversion ratio.
Client satisfaction score (feedback/repeat business).
Timeliness & accuracy of documentation and application submissions.
Contribution to team growth and referrals.
