Responsibilities : Develops a comprehensive understanding of client\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
Preparing Client Profile, Expand and retain relationships.
Coordination with Client & Bank from the inception till on-Boarding.
Partner - Work with other bank partners to uncover sales opportunities among both current and potential business customer.
Refer - Identify Consumer product opportunities among business owners and refer to other specialists to effectively capture.
Establishing connections with the clients in- terms of TWC, Trade Finance, Business Finance and Mortgages.
Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of Business Banking and Personal Banking. Required Technical and Professional Expertise : Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Business Analysis function in an international investment bank and / or a major consulting firm within financial services.
Working knowledge of Business banking environment in regulatory reform and Compliance..
Proven ability to deliver in CRM/ERP environment without direct resource ownership.
Proven track record of successfully onboarding business clients in Banks, high level of drive to meet deadlines and targets.
Sound experience in KYC and Due Diligence. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise : Strong connection Within Personal and Business Banking Industry.
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work.
Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management.
Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
