Retail Transformation Project Support \xe2\x80\x93
o Drive the project to complete promptly with proper documentation and within allocated timeframe.
o Be involved in the development phase of the project and work with external vendors (with the support of the BAM) to provide the right information, to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the system integration testing.
o Support the business teams along with the support of the BAM in UAT execution.
o Participate and plan the set-up of Retail hardware/POS along with the Helpdesk team and ensure the hardware is ready in line with the deployment/roll-out planning.
o Support the BAM in preparation of the relevant training documents and participate in business trainings, as & when needed.
o Be the first point of contact for Retail Operations team to support in training the store staff.
o Support the internal and external teams during the pilot store deployment/data migration/cutover for all brands and markets, with the guidance of the BAM.
o Be the first level of support for PGLS period along with the Helpdesk team to address any issues raised, build trackers and be able to co-ordinate with the vendors for a timely resolution.
o Clearly communicate with the BAM, provide frequent updates, and highlight any issues or risks in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Any IT Graduate with mandatory Point of Sale Integration experience
