Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business and Accounts Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and accounting, with the ability to design and deliver effective training programs for individuals aspiring to enhance their knowledge and skills in these domains. Responsibilities: Training Delivery:
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on business and accounting topics.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, exercises, and case studies.
  • Adapt training content to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of participants.
  • Provide real-world examples and practical insights to enhance participants\' understanding.
Curriculum Development:
Design and update training programs based on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices.
  • Collaborate with the training team to create relevant and effective learning resources.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Assess participants\' progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
  • Provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement in participants\' knowledge and skills.
Industry Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and business practices.
  • Incorporate real-world examples and case studies into training to enhance practical application.
Participant Support:
Offer guidance and support to participants, addressing questions and concerns related to the training content.
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions or workshops for individuals requiring additional assistance.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the training team and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and training objectives. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of business principles, accounting practices, and financial management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
  • Experience with instructional design and curriculum development.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business and accounting roles.
  • Previous experience in delivering training or educational programs is a mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Education:
