Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on business measurement and performance analysis.
Background in the banking sector.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to connect the dots and derive insights from complex data.
