Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers on Google Sheets using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation techniques.
Insights & Presentations



Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. Prepare professional presentations in Google Slides/PowerPoint to support decision-making and communicate findings effectively.


Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

Student in advanced years or recent graduate from

Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Data/Information Systems, or other quantitative/analytical fields

.

Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets

(advanced formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data automation). Solid skills in PowerPoint / Google Slides for structuring and presenting insights. Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to learn. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have (Plus)

Interest in

AI tools and automation

(e.g., Google Apps Script, workflow automation, or using AI for data analysis and reporting). Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data tools.
