Job Title: Business Analyst - Digital Marketing
Location: Dubai (on-site)
Job Type: Contract 6 months (extendable based on business requirements)
Job Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst - Digital Marketing will be responsible for analyzing digital campaign performance, managing marketing data, and delivering insights to optimize marketing strategies. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making in all digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Campaign Analysis & Reporting:
-Analyze performance across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display campaigns.
-Track and report on KPIs, conversion metrics, and ROI. Create dashboards and marketing performance reports.
-Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Collaboration:
-Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, sales, and finance.
-Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
-Collaborate with external vendors and digital agencies.
-Translate business needs into technical analytics requirements.
3. Customer Journey & Funnel Analysis: Analyze CRM and customer lifecycle data.
-Support segmentation strategies and customer behavior modeling.
-Monitor and optimize customer journeys across digital touchpoints.
4. Competitor & Market Analysis:
-Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks.
-Identify new growth opportunities based on digital trends and data insights.
-Support marketing leadership in strategic planning.
Preferred Skills:
-Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
Advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL; familiarity with Python/R is a plus.
-Hands-on experience with digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.)
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Google Analytics or Ads certification.
-Experience with A/B testing, attribution modeling, and marketing automation tools.
-Understanding of GTM and tag implementation.
-Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or agency environments is a plus.
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
-7-12 years of professional experience in business analysis within digital marketing or a related domain.
