Business Analyst

, you will play a key role in optimizing shopping campaigns, analyzing data, and working closely with merchants and partners to drive success in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Optimization:

Monitor systems and shopping accounts to maximize merchant sales and optimize smart bidding on Google Shopping and BING Shopping.

Merchant & Partner Engagement:

Build strong relationships with global merchants and partners to improve efficiency and drive sales.

Data & Performance Analysis:

Analyze key metrics, detect potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure smooth business operations.

Google Merchant Center Management:

Maintain and update data, ensuring accurate tracking and conversion rates.

Collaboration with Developers:

Work closely with system developers to design and optimize solutions that enhance efficiency, scale, and speed.

Market & Trend Analysis:

Identify e-commerce trends, conduct benchmarking, and drive strategic improvement initiatives.

Financial & Business Modeling:

Develop financial models, process analyses, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance profitability and reduce costs.

E-Commerce Strategy Development:

Support and implement broad e-commerce strategies to drive business growth.

Competitor & Market Research:

Explore alternative markets, analyze competition, and identify new opportunities in the e-commerce space.

Commercial Reporting:

Provide transaction analysis and data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders.

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

Experience & Education

Documented sales experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

3-5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, data analysis, or online business strategy.

Previous experience with Google Shopping or BING Shopping is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI for data visualization.

Comfortable working with large datasets and advanced data analysis.

Familiarity with online business concepts and technical insights.

Soft Skills & Mindset

Motivated by customer interactions Highly structured, organized, and analytical. Strong communication skills (written and spoken English). Proactive, self-driven, and responsible. Team player with a service-minded approach and sales flair. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Eager to learn new IT skills and develop insights into Delupe's technology.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
