We're hiring a Business Analyst for a high-end luxury real estate developer based in Dubai. It is a stand-alone position, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a great opportunity giving you real influence over strategic decisions rather than just reporting outputs. You'll be embedded in a luxury development business with ambitious growth plans, where your analysis will directly shape projects, performance, and long-term value.
What you'll do:
- Deliver data-driven insights across financial, operational, and project performance
- Build reports, dashboards, and executive-ready analysis
- Support feasibility studies, performance tracking, and process improvement
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business
?? 5+ years' Business Analyst experience (real estate/property development preferred)
?? Strong financial and analytical capability
?? Advanced Excel & BI tools (Power BI ideal)
?? Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
? UAE-based candidates only
