is a leading American University in Sharjah
Your Responsibilities
  • SharePoint Business Analyst will be managing the end-to-end implementation of SharePoint\xe2\x80\x93 from requirements gathering to UAT and end user training - for key departments
  • Conduct solution walkthroughs and capability demoes as part of project request / intake process
  • Configuration of the solution and functional testing in line with functional and technical requirements
  • Prepare end user guides and provide training to end users and key stakeholders after the migration into SharePoint site from the in-house solution
  • Gather requirements on access levels and user roles, facilitate the review and approval process before granting access rights to the users and admins
  • Define, document and help implement a process of change management in respect to user roles and access. It should detail what changes users can make themselves at the different levels and what changes require further approvals / assistance.
  • Prepare a support strategy in line with Organization\xe2\x80\x99s policies, support structure and the migration approach
Your Qualifications
  • MUST HAVE aleast three years of SharePoint experience:
  • Must have a good understanding of what SharePoint can do Out Of the Box (meaning with no customization, just adding web parts, columns, views, 3rd party web parts or apps, etc) to be able to recommend a specific approach or toolset.
  • Must have a good understanding of what SharePoint can do with "no-code" solutions (i.e., SharePoint Designer, Master Pages/Page Layouts, InfoPath, XLST, etc.) to be able to recommend a specific approach or toolset.
  • Required - Must have at least one year of experience in O365 suite and concepts like branding.
  • Required - Must have at least three years of experience facilitating requirements definition session and clearly documenting requirements.
  • Required - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Required - Must have at least two years creating Visio diagrams/charts, functional & design documents, and Test Scripts.
  • Advantageous - Experience in delivery in other complimentary SharePoint products like Nintex or K2
  • Advantageous - Experience with Scrum and Agile Methodologies
  • Required- Completed Microsoft SharePoint Training and/or certification.
