Job Description
BA: Salesforce for Real estate & Properties business
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud (specify based on project needs).
Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
Proficiency with Azure Devops, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodology.
Salesforce certifications such as
Salesforce Administrator
orBusiness Analyst
are a plus. Experience with tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io for process flow diagrams. Understanding of Apex, SOQL, Flows, and declarative tools. * Prior experience in data migration, integration projects, or working with ETL tools is a plus.
