Business Analyst (RPA Knowledge Preferred)

Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai, UAE (onsite). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business process analysis, automation, and digital transformation. Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is preferred. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and ensure successful implementation of automation solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Analysis & Process Assessment- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.- Gather and validate business requirements.- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies.- Define AS-IS and TO-BE workflows using tools like Visio or Lucidchart. 2. Solution Design & Documentation- Collaborate on workflow design and documentation (PDD, SDD). : Business Analyst (RPA Knowledge Preferred)- Assess compliance and security requirements.- Align automation with digital strategies. 3. Stakeholder Management & Communication- Liaise between users, technical teams, and leadership.- Facilitate workshops and manage change requests. 4. Testing & Implementation Support- Support UAT and provide training/documentation.- Assist in deployment and post-launch monitoring. 5. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement- Track KPIs and ROI metrics.- Recommend process enhancements.- Stay informed on RPA and AI trends. Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Admin, IT, Computer Science, or related.- 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation.- Strong analytical and documentation skills.- Proficient with Visio, Lucidchart, or Bizagi.- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.- Exposure to Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors. Good-to-Have Skills- Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, VBA, JavaScript).- Understanding of AI/ML automation.- Knowledge of process mining tools like Celonis or Power Automate.- Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence
