Experience: \xc2\xa7 Experience in developing and implementing Odoo ERP solutions. \xc2\xa7 Odoo Certification is mandatory. \xc2\xa7 At least 3 years of experience working under an Odoo partner in the UAE. \xc2\xa7 Proven experience in Odoo project management. Education and Qualifications: \xc2\xa7 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Language Skills: \xc2\xa7 Fluency in both Arabic and English. Responsibilities: Requirements Analysis: \xc2\xa7 Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. \xc2\xa7 Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and processes. Odoo Development and Customization: \xc2\xa7 Utilize expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and enterprise development environments for Odoo development and customization. \xc2\xa7 Lead and guide the Odoo development team, ensuring the implementation of high-quality solutions. Odoo ERP Implementation: \xc2\xa7 Hands-on experience in setting up development, testing, and production environments for Odoo ERP. \xc2\xa7 Ensure the seamless integration of Odoo ERP solutions tailored to meet client requirements. Client Communication: \xc2\xa7 Act as a primary point of contact between the development team and clients. \xc2\xa7 Provide regular updates on project progress and address any client concerns. Client Negotiation: \xc2\xa7 Develop comprehensive project quotations for clients. \xc2\xa7 Engage in negotiation processes, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. \xc2\xa7 Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
