• The key objective of Business Analyst - Customer role is responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple Commercial business departments. The candidate will collaborate with the business champions creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and suitable solutions.

In addition to performing financial and operational modelling, the Business Analyst is expected to develop new models that underpin sound business decisions. The Business analyst will play a key role acting as a communicator, facilitator seeking out best ways to improve processes and increase effectiveness through technology, strategy, analytic solutions, and more. He/she should be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.

1. Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data

2. Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels

3. Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels

4. Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development

5. Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability

6. Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, customer services, etc) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams

7. Evaluate, analyse, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties

8. Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation

9. Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems

10. Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or Computer Science

• 5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity

• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools

• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports

• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio

• Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management

• Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions

• Extensive experience with data visualization

• Highly proficient technical writing capabilities

• Good knowledge of ITIL practices

• Experienced in working under pressure and tight deadlines

• Real estate industry experience working with Salesforce Cloud Solution is ideal
