Role: Business Analyst

Skill: ISO Payments, SWIFT, SEPA and instant payments

Experience : 8+ Years

Description:

Good understanding of Retail & Corporate payments, ISO20022, Instant payments, Real time payments, SEPA payments etc.

Deep expertise of ISO 20022 payment message formats is a MUST

Should have been part of at least 2 to 3 large payment transformation, migration projects with Tier III banks in APACMiddle EastEurope regions

Understanding of RetailCorporate Payment channels, AMLSanction screening, Clearing & Settlement process

Good understanding of cross border payments, and SWIFT messaging MT message formats.

Preferably having managed Payment transformation, payment hub programs pertaining to top tier payment systems like GPP, Clear2Pay, Dovetail etc.

Should be conversant with Cloud Technologies, API based integration technologies, microservices based architecture etc.

Ability to understand customer payment product landscape, ecosystem services and aspects of business processes, operations etc.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Bank, Product vendors, IT services vendors, any third-party vendors etc.

Ability to manage a project team in a multi cultural environment in an onsiteoffshorenear shore model

Facilitate the business requirements gathering for creating RFPs, BRDs, and FS documents.

Reconcile solution BRDs and FS documents with Product Owners requirements ensuring full traceability.

Strong experience writing formal requirements specifications Business, Functional, Non-Functional as well as user stories with acceptance criteria.

Hands on experience in translating requirements documentation into UAT user acceptance testingfunctional test plans.

Experience in managing User Acceptance Testing of product changes through to production roll out.
