We\'re looking for a Business Analyst to join a leading FinTech organization in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Owning the analysis of business requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Assessing solutions from both a business and technical perspective.
- Prioritizing use cases, workflows and acceptance criteria for product functionalities
- Lead requirements workshops and maintain a team\xe2\x80\x99s backlog based on the product roadmap.
- Coordinate internal workflows with regards to new product functionalities.
- Creation and maintenance of several types of documentation (internal, technical, customer documentation).
- Execution of business reviews and approvals for releases and general changes
- Leading the presentation and training on new team models and newly developed functionalities of business use cases.
- Minimum 3-4yrs as a Business Analyst
- Minimum 2yrs experience working within the Payments industry, working on creating user stories within projects.
- Exposure to APIs, and the ability to work on use cases relating to APIs
- Ability to gather business requirements and to translate them into working, technical requirements by creating both solution design and functional specification documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, working with both technology and other business units efficiently whilst being flexible to change.
