For our client, an international real estate business specializing in urban development we are looking for an experienced Business analyst who will be the link-pin between HR process and Sap Success Factors. This is a pivotal role in the smooth delivery of SAP Success Factors project
Responsibilities
You will assist in in designing, delivering, and maintaining modules across all the groups businesses.
Providing support to global SuccessFactors users, and actively participating in projects and initiatives aimed at process efficiency.
Serve as the liaison during process transformation, ensuring smooth communication between internal resources and the implementation partner.
Be responsible for quality assurance and skill development,
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, whilst maintaining a customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
Fully participate in projects to aid the development of process and procedures
Be responsible for QA on functional configuration and for developing internal Success Factors configuration skills.
Liaise with business stakeholders on improvements manage enhancements.
Develop HR data and process models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting HR process improvement and automation.
