Job Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, playing a vital role in analyzing, documenting, and enhancing business processes. You'll lead workshops, support agile delivery, and ensure digital solutions align with user needs and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect functional and business requirements
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration with backend systems like Oracle HCM, Finance, and SCM
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for agile teams
- Work with UX/UI teams to design streamlined workflows and intuitive user interfaces
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint review sessions
- Act as the main liaison between stakeholders and developers, ensuring aligned expectations
- Prepare UAT test cases, coordinate test sessions, and track feedback
- Ensure all process improvements comply with HR, legal, and audit regulations
- Generate reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to track performance and business value
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in business analysis, preferably in ERP and digital transformation projects
- Solid understanding of Oracle ERP modules (HCM, Finance, SCM) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of agile methodology, user story creation, and sprint planning
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in UAT planning and execution
- Familiarity with compliance and audit frameworks in HR or finance is a plus
